USE OF THE CAMPSITE DURING THE EVENT

With the 2 and 3 days ticket the camping is free!

By purchasing the entry ticket, all guests accept the general rules for campsites, current rules and the rules of the event. Camping is available from the morning of the training day until the end of the race day.

 

THE CAMPSITE OPENS ON FRIDAY AT 18:00

THE CAMPSITE AND THE RACECOURSE CLOSE AT 22:00 ON SUNDAY

 

VEHICLES

Visitors can enter the campsite free of charge on foot, i.e. without a car. Cars must be left in the designated parking areas. The campsite management is not responsible for them. A limited number of separate car tickets are available for a fee: ticket prices

Early bird : 4 990 Ft/ event.

Normal advance booking 5 490 HUF/ event.

On the spot 5 999 Ft/ event.

SPEED LIMIT

For the safety of the campsite guests and the event, we are drawing the attention of drivers to the fact that the upper speed limit in the campsite area designated to be used by vehicles is 5 km/h.

 

MINORS

Children under the age of 18 may only stay on the campsite provided that they are accompanied by their parents or another adult legally responsible for them and that they have a shared accommodation. Parents are directly responsible for the behaviour of their own children, who may only visit the campsite, restrooms and the event as long as they are supervised and accompanied.

 

VALUABLES

Each person is responsible for his/her own values. The management cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items, theft of personal belongings, theft of valuables, damage caused by force majeure or bad weather.

 

STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE CAMPSITE!

• Damage plants and flowers.
• Dig a hole in the road or at the tent- and caravan sites.
• Hang ropes or hammocks on trees and between trees.
• Damage or appropriate equipment and instruments designated for public use.
• Leave waste next to the waste container.
• Wash dishes and clothes outside the designated washing facilities.
• Bring animals to the campsite.
• Light fires, grill or barbecue outside the designated areas!

 

NOISE

The campsite is part of a racetrack where there is even a party at night - the camping can be used in consideration of this.

The organisers reserve the right to dismiss any person who, by their behaviour, disturbs the peace and quiet of others or does not respect the campsite rules or uses the areas closed or enclosed during the event without authorisation.
